One athlete competed for the 2008 Senior Ladies title is Melissa Bulanhagui, she is 17, born in Philadelphia, her parents are from the Philippines, yes, so that makes her a pinay by blood. She finished in 8th place but I think she’s really good and deserve better. Her choreography is not anything balletic but she is fun to watch because of her playful and charismatic personality.
